  I would have never considered myself the type of person who would call working out enjoyable and fun, but ever since I've started coming here to Orange Theory in Concord, I have become a huge fan of exercise (and I'm noticing the physical results as well). The trainers are very good at explaining what's going on, especially to n00bs like me, and will correct your form when needed. Everyone is very friendly. As a fat person who was nervous about being surrounded by fit skinny people and working out, I can say this is an excellent experience. Highly recommended. Also fit skinny people aren't as scary as I thought they would be.
